Been trying out a few otome games available in English on the app store. So I will give a review of the ones I've tried. If you know any you can recommend please comment!

Love Letter from Theif X by Voltage
You work at a museum and as you close up for the night the alarm sets off. You see a thieves taking a painting, and you chase after them. You ended up knocking a display, and one of the thieves catches it to save you. In the end you weren't able to stop them. They come after you one night and ask you to join them. Then you choose one of the thieves to keep you safe. Unfortunately you have to pay to for each character story. The art is nice and the guys are attractive. You do have to tap when it goes to a black screen. I'm use to black or loading screens to automatically take you to the next screen, but you have to tap.

My Forged Wedding by Voltage
Story starts off with you going to your uncle in Tokyo to find a job. Your uncle is a successful man and you meet him in his sportbar where he introduces you to 5 guys. At first you thought this was a job interview, but soon learn you're personally helping the guys. They don't tell you what it is, but you have no choice. You are forced to choose only one to help. Like the game above you do have to pay ($3.99) to proceed in each of the guys story, but the first chapter is free though it isn't much. There are two other guys that weren't in the prologue but is in the character choices. Also even your uncle is among the character choices so he is a candidate. The art in these Voltage games is really nice and the guys in this game are much more appealing to me than the thieves one. So if you were to want to spend money I would suggest this game. If you can't but still want to know the story you can search on youtube and there are videos of all the guys stories.

Naughty Contract Marriage by Arithmetic
You have three not bad guys to choose from and basically they make you marry them depending on which guy you choose. Unlike the Voltage games, Arithmetic uses Scenario Tickets to proceed with the story. Each day you get 5 but the scenes are super short so you don't get that far. You will have to purchase more if you don't want to wait. The art is pretty good though not as nice as Voltare's.

Shall we date? Destiny Ninja by NTT Solmare
You start with the prologue and tutorial. Story sets in historical Japan and there is a war. Then you have to choose a guy to start the story. You wake up in the middle of battle and is saved you chose. You have apparently lost your memory so you under the care of the guy you chose. Like with Arithmetic games proceeding with the story is free. You get Energy which regenerates by hours. Your max Energy is 5. Like the art and it fits the historical setting.

Pure Love- My Boyfriend's a Star by Koyonplete
I had a hard time getting this to work the first time I opened it. It wasn't loading for me at all. I tried later and it worked fine so maybe it was doing maintenance? Anyways. compare to the games above the quality of the UI and artwork is not as high. Perhaps a startup company? The tutorial and prologue is short. You are a foreigner studying and working in Japan when you get scouted to be a model by the same agency as the top male idol group Pureness. You have a health bar of 4 hearts. Each story part takes up a heart and the hearts will reset after a day so its free to read the story. There are 5 idol guys to choose from. None of them are too appealing to me but I haven't gotten very far to judge them properly. This game is simple and doesn't have the extra stuff the other games do with avatar dressing up or have social media features.
