 I’ve been subscribing to their monthly snack box for a couple years and I do enjoy what I’ve got. Since I also get Sakuraco boxes I did notice that sometimes they offer the same snacks. Not to say they are identical but it is interesting to get snacks that both boxes have on the same month. 

Due to the recent news of de minimis exemption ending, I contacted customer service chat since I saw no news from them addressing this to their US customers. They can’t help you and won’t refund you if you have subscription longer than 1 month if you want to cancel. And customs questions they would just tell you to contact your local customs office.
