Anello Banana Shaped Shoulder Bag

I have been looking for a bag that's small enough to carry my everyday items, but also large enough to hold anything else I may need like a water bottle. I did have an interest in the trend in Japan of the waist bag like bags worn as a crossbody bag that men tend to wear. It seem the right size. After searching, I've noticed that Anello seems to be a popular brand of bags in Japan. Their bags are nice, and I came to find their shoulder bag that can also be worn crossbody and it can be flush against your back. You can find Anello bags on Rakuten, and also on Amazon if there's a seller.

This bag comes in a variety of colors and patterns, but I chose black. The material is polyester and it is like the kind of feel and look of a school backpack. Its water resistant so I have peace of mind that things won't get wet inside. The bag as multiple pockets. One in front with a zipper, two inside on the lining, and one on the back. The inner pockets are not big enough for an iPhone plus. My iPhone 6 barely fits in the bigger of the inner pocket.

The leather strip on the front pocket zipper isn't something I'm crazy about so I took it off. I had to cut it off since there wasn't another way to take it off. The zippers are pretty shiny so I hope they dull out over time and use. The zipper have a big enough hole that you can loop in any other accessory you want easily too.

After using this for a couple months I am happy with it. The straps are easy to adjust, but can be a little bit loose enough to accidentally make it longer but not by much. It is convenient when I need to adjust and can do it quickly. It is comfortable to wear as a cross body. I do like having is hug along my lower back since it feels less in the way. I'm not a fan of handbags since they feel like a burden and bothersome to find clean places to lay them down on. Backpacks feel bulky and I'd have to lay them down somewhere or switch it to sit on my lap when I sit down. With this bag I can move around freely without worrying about hitting anything or myself. Its slim and flat enough I could even just lay back on it on seats or quickly swing it to my side or chest when I sit.

Overall, I really do like it and definitely recommend it if you want a small everyday bag.
