[Sample Review] Dermadoctor DD cream
When you search for DD creams the results are articles saying it the next thing, but the Dermadoctor one is the only one I see that's available. Many beauty stores still just sell BB and CC creams. The basic idea for these creams is being a multi-tasker, and the further in the alphabet you are the more benefits it has. CC creams typically has up to 12 benefits while this Dermadoctor DD cream has 15. Its self adjusting coverage, anti-aging, hydrates, defends, evens skin tone, minimizes pores, blemish soothing, reduces redness, firms, brightens, primes, enhances vibrancy, refines, mattifies, and nourishes. It may seem impressive but these creams are under makeup, and I don't really see any huge difference in my skin after washing it off.
This DD cream only comes in one shade and it supposedly suppose to self adjust to your skin, but it doesn't do as good a job as other creams. Its a medium tone color which is slightly darker than my skin tone, and it doesn't blend very well with my skintone. Coverage is light medium, and it doesn't cover acne scares at all. It is buildable though it feels slightly heavy. Overall my skin kind of looks duller. The product is lightweight and fairly easy to blend into the skin. It has a matte finish and has no scent. This is definitely not a product I'd buy.
