Haikyuu!
Haikyuu!! follows a oranged haired boy name Hinata who fell in love with volleyball. Yes, a sports anime on volleyball! It might sound pretty lame, but give it the 3 episode rule. The first episode just gives us a back story of Hinata in middle school that has no male volleyball club so he does his best to practice by himself or with the help of his friends or classmates. Till one day him and his friends got their very first match that happened to be with a strong team with a strong player nicknames "the king." Hinata had a chance to talk to this king whose name is Kageyama, and they immediately have this rivarly vibe. It was clear that they would lose against them, but they didn't give up. After the match Hinata swore to defeat Kageyama when he goes to Karasuno high school. When that time came, Hinata is shocked to see Kageyama went to the same school, and now are teammates.
The art style is quite shounen with some cuteness. Animation so far is pretty darn good as well. The story so far isn't all that exciting, but it is terribly cute and entertaining. Despite being a sports anime it not at all hot blooded at least so far. Even with rival teams they're quite likeable while fueling the typical sports plot. There hasn't been 10 episodes out and there's still more characters to be added to the team so this will be a short post. I will update this again once the season ends. I don't really plan on reading the manga this is based on.

So the season has ended and well this series is pretty nice. The second half of the show wasn't as cute or entertaining, but its still good. We see Hinata and Kageyama grown as teammates, and the club grow as a team. Even though Hinata is the main character, Kageyama kind of stole the show. I mean the second ED is mainly Kageyama! We see him grow a lot from the first episode to the last episode. It is disgustingly cute! I definitely recommend this show!
