They are all natural tips and I hope they're helpful!The Common Cold - Over the counter medicine can only temporary relief you of cold symptoms so you can get through the day or night. They don't really make you get better any quicker. The best way to get better is to sleep. Sleeping is when your body is healing so its only makes sense to sleep as much as you can so your body to fight off the cold. And then drink water to wash away any toxins. Mushrooms like shiitake mushrooms and yogurt with many probiotics are said to be natural cold preventers.
Nausea, motion sickness - ginger is the best remedy to get rid of stomach aches and motion sickness and vertigo. Also if you get that feeling of wanting to throw up take plenty of deep breathes and that feeling should subside temporarily. Best bet is to not move too much or too fast. It's best to nap or sleep it off. Light headed ness tends to be due to not enough blood in your brain so try to lay down with you feet propped up high. Any position that will help more blood circulating to your head.
Menstruation Cramps - drink milk prior to the start of your period and during it. Sometimes using menstruation cups help with cramps as well.
