Hydrogen Peroxide - A Must Have Essential In Any Home

Hydrogen peroxide has so many benefiting uses that is inexpensive and safe. A definite must have for practically everyone!

Its most often used for wounds and mouth care. It is a antibacterial and anti fungal agent that oxidizes microorganisms.

Many teeth whitening products uses hydrogen peroxide as their whitening ingredient. The main one in fact and yet they charge so much for it. You can easily whiten your teeth safely with a much more affordable bottle of hydrogen peroxide and add a couple drops to your toothbrush or mouth when you're brushing your teeth. It may not whiten your teeth as quick as the teeth whiteners, but it still does the job. Not to mention it get rid of odor causing bacteria  without the burning alcohol, and any other bacteria that will cause other oral problems. Its a great way to keep your teeth clean to lower any toothaches due to cavities or decay.

Hydrogen peroxide is also great to use on your laundry. What its great at is getting rid of blood stains. I'm sure many women go through that horrible moment when their menstrual blood stains their clothes. Pour hydrogen peroxide and watch it foam up and magically dissolves the blood! If the stain is bad enough you will need to use some elbow grease on the stain to remove it completely. Else the washing machine should be able to finish the job.

Because its antibacterial and anti fungal its great for infections and other fungal problems like mold. It does well as a cleaner and safe to use on dishes and food preparation with water. It is not safe to ingest hydrogen peroxide so make sure food is thoroughly rinsed.

I also hear its make sprouting seeds in water faster and its good for hot baths. These I have yet to try!
