Review of Philosophy's Hope in a Tube High Density eye and lip cream

I had this for a long time, and was given to me by my old roommate. I hadn't used it regularly, When I do use it I didn't see any change or difference it gave my eyes. It doesn't absorb quickly, and it leaves the skin a bit shiny. For the past few months I have noticed a bump on my lower right lid and another bump on my upper right lid. Finally searched on the internet what it was and found out that it is milia which I never had before. I soon discovered it might be from mineral oil which is the third ingredient listed on the eye cream. After learning that I have stopped using it on my eyes and even threw it away.

The cream doesn't absorb into my lips quickly either, but it does leave my lips moisturized for most of the day. This product is disappointing and I'm glad I didn't pay for it.
