Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ Tips

After playing KHUX for over a month now, I figured I should write some helpful tips. If you know any please leave a comment.

Free Jewels are a little hard to get. You get them through login bonus and every 5 story quests. Sometimes the limited time Event quests would give jewels as well.

Prize Eggs or Growth Eggs can only take 1 damage no matter how strong your medals are. To clear the 1 turn objective, you have to use a medal that hits multiple times or use friends/shared medals. KH Cloud hits 13 times which is enough to finish the eggs.

How I beat Wretched Witch, Cloud, Cerberus and Hades is using a medal with Paralysis which makes the enemy immobile. That way their turn will be skipped and you won't get hurt. Cloud's 2nd turn deals massive damage that always kills me. Using Paralysis helped me defeat him as well as other enemies that deal massive damage. I really wouldn't be able to beat them without paralysis honestly. But with Cerberus, having a medal with Defense Boost helped me survive its one hit kill attack. It triggered every time I got hit. For Hades, I was able to get by with just using Minnie to heal me.

Watch out when you Evolve 5 Star Medals to 6 stars. The keyblade cost jumps from 14 to 46!! It be a shame to not be able to use that medal you worked hard to level up only to be benched because it no longer fits in your keyblade. Keep them at 5 stars till you unlocked more Costs ups from avatar boards and/or Cid medals which will lower the medal cost.

Attack Boost All I is a skill in medals that you get from the shop might have. A number of quests have this skills as an objective, and if you are like me who still don't have a medal with this skill then clearing it is difficult. I feel lucky to have someone in my party with a medal that have that skill. I was able to clear all the objectives with their shared medal. Be sure to check the skills on your friends/shared list!

Have a decent healing medal. I have such trouble with Morning Stars, but having a healing medal helped me out with them a lot. I only have Tinker Bell who does moderate healing, and Minnie who greatly heals. Cricket also has healing abilities. Minnie almost fully heals me which has saved me a few times.

Do the Coliseum. Boards change each month, and this is where you can get skills to put into your medals. There is also the chipmunks that can increase strength and defense to your medals which will help with defeating hard enemies like Morning Star. You can also get Cid medals. Definitely worth doing it for these!

Finish Raid Bosses! They give lots of lux (exp) so you can level faster. Leveling will unlock new avatar boards which will unlock more HP, keyblade cost, and AP! The body is what the HP bar is for. The other parts have their own little HP bars. If you can finish the boss in one turn do so. If not go for the parts so it can stun it. Some bosses have one part and others have like 5. The more parts, the more stunned turns you get.

Spend Avatar Points wisely! You get avatar points from clearing objective and I don't think there are enough to fully complete the avatar boards so don't try to complete the boards like I tried to do. While the outfits are fun, I am prioritizing on getting all the HP, cost, and AP I can affordably get. I highly recommend spending your jewels on the avatar boards that you need to spend jewels on like the Chesire cat ears, Mad Hatter, etc because the cost for the Cid, keyblade costs, and such are like 1 AP each!

There is also a thing called Guilt, where you combine the same medals to increase the damage multiplier. While this may sound extremely good, but it requires some effort. It took me awhile to understand this, but I've finally was able to get it. You will have this trait unlocked after beating Mission 200. Lets take a common medal like Yuna for an example. When you evolve her to 3 stars you will notice one dark circle on the upper right corner of the Special Attack box of the medal's info. To fill that circle up, you will need to synthesize another Yuna 3 star medal. When you evolve her to 4 stars, there will be another circle so you must synthesize a 4 star Yuna to fill that circle up. When you get to 6 stars, you have two dark circles and a purple icon. The purple icon counts as its own dark circle so you need 3 more 6 star medals. The purple icon will change to active Guilt and will randomly give you a percentage. You can change that percentage when you synthesize another 6 star medal. Synthesizing 1 star or 2 star Yuna medals to 3 star Yuna will not do anything. Since Yuna is a common medal, their multiplier is low. The rarer the medal, the higher the multiplier percentage will be.

  1. I’ve been surfing the web for more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any stunning article like yours. It’s alluringly worth it for me. As I would see it, if all web proprietors and bloggers made puzzling substance as you did, the net will be in a general sense more beneficial than at whatever point in late memory.
