Sample Impression: fresh Sugar lip treatment and rose tinted liptreatment
Got this as a birthday gift from Sephora. It includes two mini lip balms: one is tinted and the other is a plain transparent lip balm. Despite being samples they will last you a long time. Because they're oil the product is prone to soften easily, and you will need to just twist it up alittle to put it on or else you might distort it off its base. Which is not a problem in the full size version, but these mini ones the product are so easily moveable. The tinted rose has a nice crayon red color, but since I have dark lips it doesn't really look nice though it does give them some color. It be better on nude lips to give it color. Both lip treatments have a mild sugary scent but it doesn't taste sweet. It just taste like vaseline. Like the other fresh sugar lip treatment I reviewed, they feel moisturizing but my lips still get chapped. Its is nice, but its not worth my money for a lip product that doesn't do anything for my chapped lips. But another trick I learn about lip products is using them as cheek blushes. I find that these tinted lip treatments blend well on your skin, but has a very subtle color which is great for a nude makeup look. The color is buildable but I feel it would take too much time and would feel too heavy to get a more color to your cheeks with the product. Overall, I do think these are worth a try!
