Reon レオン (2018)
Reon is a comedy movie of a playboy old CEO man who got switched bodied by young woman who got recently fired. I watched this because Yoshisawa Ryo is in it, but this movie is rather entertaining. The story mostly follows the old man getting use to being a woman and trying to get his company back.
The company is a foods company that started with tomatoes so it does play some significance to the story. The girl, Reon, works at the same company as the CEO but she's a pushover and has a tough time at work. She even went out with this flashy guy who only used her. The old man CEO is named Reo and he is a perverted old man that nobody in the office likes. He was driving and something happens that made him lose control and hit Reon. So Reo wakes up in Reon's body. The CEO's real body isn't waking up so we follow him as he tries to get back into the company to get them to realize he's the CEO. He learns a lot of the dislike people has over him and the sexual harassment woman faced. He then meets Toru who has a low janitor like position at the company. He is nice, didn't sexualize her, and even admires the CEO who build the company so Reo is conflicted as notices he's developing feelings for him. There's more things that make things a bit more complicated but overall I enjoyed this movie so I definitely recommend it! I like the pacing, the acting is good and entertaining. I just really enjoyed watching this movie.
