How to Play Japanese Apps from iTunes

If there are apps you are interested in but they're are only available in the Japanese iTunes store therefore you can't download them don't fret because you can bypass this!

You simply have to get a Japanese iTunes account!  No credit card required to sign up for a Japanese itunes account, just use a real Japanese zipcode. Everything else in the sign up can be made up. Your email must be different too. Signing up for it on iTunes is even in English! Be sure you are signed into this account when you go download Japanese apps. Having another iTunes account will not mess up your apps on your idevice.
