Want to get an advent calendar for myself and was able to get this on sale with free shipping during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. This advent calendar costs about $25 but with the promos I was able to get it to about $18.
This box is 10" x 10" and about 1" thick. The numbers are all scrambled and not in order so it does take a second to find the numbers. There's a mix of milk chocolate bars, dark chocolate with white chocolate vanilla ganache, milk chocolate with milk chocolate ganache, and white chocolate with hazelnut praline. I've opened up 6 so far and 3 of them are milk chocolate bars so its probably has a lot of that than the filled chocolate characters. I do like the chocolate filled characters cause they're cute. Though so far this is an enjoyable advent calendar. I like that there's dark chocolate but sadly this calendar doesn't come with an all dark chocolate option. This is a pretty decent one to buy for the sale price. So I would recommend it if you want something better than the cheap advent calendars but nothing fancy or extravagant.
UPDATE: Now that its a week before Christmas, I do still like this calendar but the past few days its was all the milk chocolate bar. The bar is good but I'm not a big fan of getting the same thing so many times in a row. So the the chocolates are good just the variety isn't even. There's so much more of the plain chocolate bar than the chocolate characters with filling.
